Mojoprint will be closed on each of the upcoming ‘Golden Week’ public holidays. Our office will be closed on the 29th, observing Showa Day. We’re open on Monday May 2nd, and then will be closed from Tuesday May 3rd through Thursday May 5th. We open again on Friday  May 6th.

Please note that any day we are closed does not count towards the turnaround time of any product. Our turnaround times indicate the number of working days and not consecutive calendar days. Please contact us if you are in any doubt about when you can receive your items either side of the holidays.

Many areas in Japan are experiencing severe weather conditions (heavy snow). Areas impacted are mainly the Eastern and Northern areas (Kanto, Chubu and Tohoku). Snow is still hampering road conditions in most of these areas so delays with delivery are to be expected.

We have been monkey-ing around with a few of our basic paper stocks that will affect our business cards and postcard products. Changes will take effect from January 12th. more »

Mojoprint will be closed on Dec 23 (Wed – public holiday) but we will open business as usual on the 24 and 25 to process any last minute end-of-year orders.

Just a reminder that Mojoprint will be closed for Silver Week from 2015/09/19 (Saturday) to 2015/09/23 (Wednesday).

Any orders with turnarounds longer than what is available before the break, or placed after 10am on September 18th (except express flyers/posters) will not be processed until we open after the holidays on September 24th. We hope you enjoy the break.

As of July 1st, we are no longer producing the 770 x 2,000mm size roll up banner.
In its place, we are introducing 3 roll up banner sizes to our lineup!

Mojoprint will be closed for Obon holidays from 2015/08/13 (Thurs) to 2015/08/16 (Sun). Any orders with turnarounds longer than what is available before the break, or placed after 10am on August 12th (except express flyers/posters) will not be processed until we open after the holidays on August 17th. We wish you all a relaxing summer break.

**UPDATE 2**
After communicating with Google and Microsoft, we have made adjustments to the mail server settings and the mails seem to be getting through now (the way they’re supposed to!). Thank you for roughing it out with us and we apologise to each and every one of you for the inconvenience we have caused, and thank you for your understanding.
