With this in mind, we urge you to submit your data as soon as possible to avoid any potential delays.

April 16th, 2010

Mojoprint will be closed over the Golden Week holiday period, from Thursday April 29th to Wednesday May 5th. We open again on Thursday May 6th. Please be sure to order any printing well in advance of the holidays to avoid disappointment.

Please note: If you submit a job that has a turnaround that cannot be completed before Apr 29th (e.g. you submit a magazine job on Tuesday 27th – turnaround 4 working days), it will not be started until after the holidays. Please contact us if you are in any doubt about when you can receive your items.

New confirmation emails

March 27th, 2010

Up until now, whenever an order was placed through our website, you would have received just two confirmation emails: The first, an automatic confirmation that your order was placed and the second notifying you of the tracking number.
We have now added a third email however, in an effort to keep you more up-to-date with the status of your order. This new email will be sent to confirm that your order has been checked and approved by our staff and sent off for production. For more details, see our order flow page.

Server trouble

March 1st, 2010

To all our customers we would like to issue an apology for any inconvenience caused by our website being offline or erratic for many hours today. This was however completely beyond our control. The network upon which our server resides was apparently a victim of a major denial of service attack launched from Korea which severely slowed network traffic between key network hubs in parts of North America and Asia. The problem appears to have been resolved for the time being and hopefully we will not experience any more downtime tomorrow. Thank you for your understanding.

We regret to announce that we are no longer able to offer ¥500 local area delivery from 2010.

With effect from Jan 6th 2010 all orders will be despatched using Sagawa Kyubin, regardless of their delivery destination. Regrettably this means that same-day delivery will no longer be possible but for those customers living locally to our Osaka office we still welcome the collection of your orders in person.
