Mojoprint will join the rest of Japan as it shuts down to recharge its batteries and takes a well-earned break.

Mojoprint will be closed on each of the upcoming ‘Golden Week’ public holidays. Our office will be closed on the 29th, observing Showa Day. We’re open on Monday May 2nd, and then will be closed from Tuesday May 3rd through Thursday May 5th. We open again on Friday  May 6th.

Please note that any day we are closed does not count towards the turnaround time of any product. Our turnaround times indicate the number of working days and not consecutive calendar days. Please contact us if you are in any doubt about when you can receive your items either side of the holidays.

**UPDATE 2**
After communicating with Google and Microsoft, we have made adjustments to the mail server settings and the mails seem to be getting through now (the way they’re supposed to!). Thank you for roughing it out with us and we apologise to each and every one of you for the inconvenience we have caused, and thank you for your understanding.

The Northern region of Japan has been hit with some heavy snow in the past few days. Snow is hampering road conditions so delays with delivery are to be expected. A Sagawa Kyubin representative has informed to expect delays of up to 3 days additional to the standard delivery for regions outside of Sapporo. We understand that these delays may affect a great many of our customers but please ask for your understanding and patience.

This is what an alert message looks like. reserve it for “We are closed” type of messages.

Due to streamlining production, we have discontinued 70kg and 110kg options on our express flyers. You can still get your 4c/0c, 4c/1c and 4c/4c express flyers (1 day) on 90kg and 135kg papers.
