The Northern region of Japan has been hit with some heavy snow in the past few days. Snow is hampering road conditions so delays with delivery are to be expected. A Sagawa Kyubin representative has informed to expect delays of up to 3 days additional to the standard delivery for regions outside of Sapporo. We understand that these delays may affect a great many of our customers but please ask for your understanding and patience.
This is what an alert message looks like. reserve it for “We are closed” type of messages.
Mojoprint will be closed on Dec 23 (Tue – public holiday) but we will open business as usual on the 24, 25 and 26 to process any last minute end-of-year orders.

Mojoprint will be closed from 2014/08/14 (Thurs) to 2013/08/17 (Sun). Any orders placed after 10am on August 13th (except express flyers/posters) will not be processed until we open after the holidays on August 18th. We wish you all a relaxing summer break.

Due to streamlining production, we have discontinued 70kg and 110kg options on our express flyers. You can still get your 4c/0c, 4c/1c and 4c/4c express flyers (1 day) on 90kg and 135kg papers.

Mojoprint will be closed on each of the upcoming ‘Golden Week’ public holidays. We will be closed from Saturday May 3rd through Tuesday May 6th. We open again on Wednesday May 7th.
Please note that any day we are closed does not count towards the turnaround time of any product. Our turnaround times indicate the number of working days and not consecutive calendar days. Please contact us if you are in any doubt about when you can receive your items either side of the holidays.
The 8% consumption tax will be applied towards all orders placed after 10am on March 31st, since production will commence from April 1st, 2014.

We’ve added a new item to the express flyer line-up: lightweight 90kg double sided colour express flyers. The minimum quantity is 500. As long as you place your order by 10am, and your data is print ready, your flyers will leave the factory that evening and be out for delivery next day* (refer to the delivery schedule map).
